Don't move here unless you want to be towed!

About every other month, Greenfield Apartments tows their residents out of the garage and the parking lot to do "repairs" on the property (i.e. sweeping the garage). The managers have no standard notification policy, so sometimes they post a small note on one door less than 24 hours before hand.
This year alone, they have towed vehicles on six occassions!
Last summer, some of the residents stood outside and watched them tow more than 60 vehicles on one day alone! Each tenant then had to pay $275 to get their car back -- which netted them $16,500! The next day they did the same thing. There is some question as to if they are getting kick backs from the local towing companies.
Tenants have repeatedly asked the management company to call or e-mail, but they say that takes them too much time, nevermind the fact that they get your e-mail address when you sign your lease.

I have lived at Greenfield for three years and feel that management is great at posting notices for towing, repairs, etc.

We just had a garage sweep last week. I received 2 notes under my door prior to the sweep. Also notices were posted in the garages and the lobbies. Great job by the caretakers and the office staff. Thank You.
