The office staff are rude. The management company (Stuart Management) will charge you for anything they possibly can. The amneties are old and work not even 50 % of the time. Do not expect to get much if any of your deposit back. They try to tack on charges after your move out inspection. There is goose poop all over YEAR round.

You are so right. You also should mention the go into your apartments with little or no notice and do not handle complaints at all. They tell you to call the police and not them. I would not reccomend my worst enemy to live in this place.

GROSS! So now we have to deal with the rude office staff, increases in rent EVERY year at renewal for a unit that is not worth it, as for the noise, forget trying to get the office to help out, they will tell you to call the police, but the police will tell you to contact the complex. Beer bottles all over the halls and garage, garbage in elevators, and loud music day and night for all to hear. Go elsewhere , someplace with no mice, no loud music, and a mgmt company that actually cares that there renters are happy, after all the renters are the reason they have a job!!
