Is not what you get at this apartment. What you will see is a beautiful model apartment that is decorated and maintained to the nines. Now what you get is a different story, What you get is a apartment that has broken floorboards, a dryer that takes 2 hours to dry a normal size load, a garage that smells so bad you can t park in there, neighbors that repeatedly violate the lease by blaring their tv surroundsound and/or their stereo, all day and all night, because they don t work, and have nothing better to do. You get an office staff who rudely refuses to do anything about it, instead they say to contact the police, but the police won t respond until after 10 pm. So you get to listen to it all day and all evening, feel sorry for the people who work nights and {try} to sleep during the day!
Also, a rent increase at EVERY renewal, for an apartment that is falling apart. This was a great place when we moved in, but since 2004 it has steadily gone way downhill! There is graffiti that is scratched into a elevator that is so disgusting and offensive it looks like it belongs in a adult bookstore, shows you what kind of clientele resides here!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Maybe that person[s] was not in a position to move, maybe they had to wait because of unforseen circumstances, maybe they had to wait until something was resolved. Here here to the above quote!
