As a young professional, I have lived in several apartment buildings since moving to the area. I would like to think my expectations are pretty reasonable for apartment living: clean, safe facilities, responsive staff and maintenance, and a little common courtesy.
From the moment we moved in, we were dealing with one broken appliance, door, light fixture, etc. after another. Staff was often rude and uncompromising, even when the issues were clearly on their end and causing me and my roommates major inconveniences.
After moving out, I had to contact management THREE times to get my tax forms. I understand that miscommunication happens but good management should proactively respond rather than make excuses for their own errors. I have never dealt with a ruder manager (who on our last call actually hung up on me!) Sadly, that is the last thing I will remember about this apartment and the negative far outweighs any of the positive.

I completely understand what you went through. I have only lived there for a short time, but everything you're saying in this posting is 100% accurate. I have never in my life had to deal with such a rude office staff of those at Greenfield. We also have had major issues with a ton of the appliances and other items breaking and not working properly within the apartment. Which then you call to tell them about, only for them to act like this is your fault?! I am very dissapointed that I now have to stay until my lease is up. I am in no way looking forward to this. I would NOT reccomend this apartment to ANYONE!!

I AGREE 0 as well.....i have onlwy lived here for a couple months now and I just have had recent incounters with managemnet.... RUDE and like the other person said UNCOMPRISING for anything.....do yourself a favor and not move in here........
