I have lived at Greenfield since September of 2007. The apartment that we're living in now, is our 2nd place here. (first place we split w/roomie, had to downsize) I've never once had a problem with any of the management/office staff, maintenance staff, or any care takers. They are all very nice, and all very welcoming. I am greeted by name when entering the leasing office, and have a great relationship with one of the leasing agents. When something breaks down or needs some care, someone is up right away and does a great job. The grounds here are kept up very nice, and the views (front and back of buildings) are great. I live on the 3rd floor, and have since I moved here, and the "upgraded units" are great. The rent is a little high, but we have everything we need, and love living here. We loved living in a 2 bedroom before (are now in a 1 bedroom) so when our lease is up here, we'll be signing another lease on a 2 bedroom. I read other reviews, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced the problems other renters have had while renting here. I have never lived in one place so long, but I feel happy to call Greenfield home. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am glad to hear you are having a good experience. Things have changed a lot since we lived there. Hope that things remain the same for you. They should hire you for their staff.
