I have lived in this place for a year and the hallways always smell like a stale bar. Mainly because this place is a smoking palace. If you want to live in a place where you have to keep your windows closed all the time, go for it. That's if the people around you smoke outside, if they smoke in their apartments be ready for that smell to leak into yours as well. Oh, and they tried sealing off our apartment to no avail. The solution we were givin, put fans in the windows and rugs in the cracks. Ha, now isn't that great customer service. Also, be ready to provide two months rent if you want to break your lease, even the your apartment is un-livable because of the toxins leaking in your apartment. With some luck you might get lung cancer and die, then I guess you wouldn't have to worry about renting anymore.
Terrible place to live.

I am pretty sure you are talking about my old apartment in this complex!! It was HORRIBLE! and they kept giving me the run around about it!!

When the people below us moved out, they told us they would try to not put another smoker below us. What do they do, yeah, they put two smokers below us that smoke a cigarette every 15 minutes. That just shows the lack of respect Greenfield apartments, which is owned by Stuart Management, has for its tenants. Did you just wait it out until your lease ended, or did you pay all the money up front to break your lease?
