i guess i have to say that the apartments are crap and over priced. true that they pay your utilities and stuff but they are cutting channels here on the cable and half the time the phone doesn't work. there was a sexual assult in my building and the man didn't even get kicked out. i heard that rich kordiak (the manager) had the nerve to go to the victim and ask her when she was going to move out. what is up with that' don't you think that you would rather have the rapist out of the building then the victim'' i just don't think that is right. my apartment was entered without a notice which i thought was required by law to give at least a 24 hour notice before entering a residence. i was very angry about that. you have to be very careful because they will add money on to your rent as "late fees" even if you are on a bi weekly pay schedule. nothing ever works like the washer and dryer. the washer never gets your clothes clean and the dryer doesn't dry your clothes. they have vending in the 517 building don't think about getting anything from it.....it is always expired stuff and stale. so that is what i think about these crappy over price apartments. hopefully they tear them down sooner than later....
