Its Great The Management Plows snow like a 4 yr old would Lets put the snow in a Big pile In the Parking area Up on the Top of the Lot instead of the bottom where no one Parks we'll use choice spaces and Screw the Tenants . Also 3 4 or 5 cars that havn't moved or are untaged are allowed to take up the good spaces instead of making them park below .This Complex is Truly becoming a Trash Hole.The Management Shows up and leaves when they want and when they are here they sit mostly on there AZZ in the office . The Woman in charged of Maintence hasn't been seen in weeks because she has another job Thats called Double Dipping get paid for 2 jobs while doing only 1 And God forbid if a Problem arrises on a Sunday . NO ONE Is Here . Also a church rents a couple of rooms in the Main Building for Sunday and wednesday night sevices so there FLOCK TAKES ALL THE GOOD SPACES THOSE DAYS AND THE HELL WITH THE TENANTS THAT PAY BETWEEN 600 & 800 a month.To Bad the Owners don't Look at these Pronlems but again there probably Ghetto Landlords

Snow is Snow , I do agree about the cars that don't move taking up Good Parking Places and just sitting there .As for the Management & Staff I totaly DisAgree . Rich and his Staff are always Here to Help and do Maintence,As for the Blds being Trash holes I've seen trash in the Hallway's but Left by the Tenants and there Visitors , not the Staff !!!I have lived here now 5 months and have enjoyed living here .The Church Part I have no Comment but I do agree in someways with that.Your Givin 1 Parking space with your apartment and 20 cars from the Church Have no right in Taking them.There's Plenty of Spaces at the Bottom of the Lot Near 6th ave for them and Unused Cars

The Parking Here SUCKS and The NEXT TIME I HAVE TO BACK UP ON MAIN ST AT NIGHT BECAUSE A TENANT IS TO ------- LAZY TO PARK IN A PARKING SPOT INSTEAD OF ACROSS FROM THE OFFICE I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THERE IS NO SAFE WAY FOR A EMERGENCY VEHICLE TO ENTER UNLESS THEY GO AROUND THE BLOCK SO THERE FOR IF SOMETHING DOES HAPPEND TO ME OR MY FAMILY I WILL OWN THIS DUMP AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT DOES NOTHING TO SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE.AND ALSO GET RID OF THE CRAP CARS THAT DON"T MOVE FOR MONTHS BUT TAKE UP GOOD SPACES ,And DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE ------- CHURCH PARKING BEFORE I DO
