I don't understand why anyone would leave negative comments about this place, unless they are disgruntled past residents by their own fault. The management here is EXCELLENT. They are very attentive to your needs. When I moved in they were very accommodating with everything I needed. These building are old hotels that were refurbished into apartments years ago and they are nice, clean and neat when you move in. No, it's not a posh and fancy place to live, but it's very comfortable. It's a very convenient neighborhood to live in and the management is the nicest I've encountered in many years. This is a temporary living situation for me while waiting for new housing, but if I were single and lived by myself, I would live here permanently. The internet is high speed and your phone and cable is included in your rent. All buildings are air conditioned and have their own laundry. The only bummer I've encountered is the dryer in my building is working well right now, but I've reported it to management and I'm sure they'll fix it soon. That's just the kind of place they are. I give these apartments 3 3/4 stars out of 5. It's a great place to live!
