This Past Month I have been Living at Hopkins Park Plaza Apts for a Year. I have found that the Apartments although small are Basicaly what I needed . The Finer Points of Living here are the Fact that Electricity and Gas are included in the Rent as well as the Local Phone ,Cable and High Speed Internet and TV . as well as them being Furnished
The Maintence staff are always ready to help with any Problems , The apartment Buildings are Very well Maintained and Clean , The tenants for the Most Part are Very Friendly and quiet .The only noise you may hear are Children Playing .The Grounds are Clean and Maintained . The Office staf are Friendly and Courtious and always willing to Help in any situation that is Needed

I have moved to MN and was looking fo r a place to stay. I found this place and was shown a really nive place. The day I moved in my unit was never cleaned, stove broke, room smelled like stale pee, screen broken. The internet does not work due to the outlet in my place is broken and the IT guy has not came yet to fix it. 30 min stay no matter what. Im counting down to my 30th day and then going anywhere but here. The c/a is not all the great since management controls it in the office so the place is not cool at all and its cooler if ya open the window. drug dealer, hookers hang outside your bldg and management just says call the police. police just say as long as they are not bothering you there is nothing they can do abou the loitering.
