It's lousy, messy, disorganized, corrupt over here. The landlord is two faced and can't keep things strait. Don't expect a plowed parking space, clean steps or a backyard worth playing in. Be prepared to be threatened, insulted, treated as second class. Don't expect warm heat, hot water or working appliances. Be prepared for loud, rude neighbors, dog owners who can't pick up their poop or keep their dogs quiet. Don't expect to get any rest as there are a few tenants who yell and scream at all hours of the night. Be prepared for reverse racism and excuses. The landlord complains about paying for the heat, yet buys brand new sports cars. A money pit.

A friend of mine lives there and has been trying to get repairs done for 6 months! The building has mold through out, no heat, no hot water in the winter, no locks on the garages, except the numerous ones he uses. Convicted felons live there-with loud fighting and police presence is common. The police even call Eswin a "slum Lord' and said they had files on him. I hope my friend gets out sooon!
