I lived here for almost 1 year and couldn't wait to move out. In the units, hallways and laundry rooms were a lot of bugs, a lot. I put in 17 repair request and got one completed....I had to track him down and beg him to fix my heat. The owner/caretaker is one of the biggest iddiots I have ever met. Eswin is a jerk and I hope that I will never have to do business with him again. He lets his friends live there and pay almost nothing for rent. He is never there when you need someting taken care of. A lot of the people who live there are very sketchy and very weird, I don't think they do any background checks to live there. Just don't live there, it's not clean, not well maintained, well heated, well kept...nothing.
