Parking: Free attached garage parking included with lease, but could be much better lit. There is very limited guest parking (and it's not long-term and is almost always full), so if you have a guest coming for more than an hour or two, need to have them park in the rear of the building and there isn't a security door there, so you need to let them in yourself.

Noise Level: Very quiet, although I have been able to hear peeing through my walls from a neighbor's bathroom. Otherwise, is silent.

Grounds: No landscaping at all.

Safety: Parking garage not well-lit and has been broken into a few times since I have lived here. Emergency lights in hallways do not function for long periods of time--ie our recent power outage.

Construction: Very solid construction--can never hear my neighbors. I had new carpets in living room and bedroom. Bathroom needs more outlets.

Maintenence: Extremely prompt--I called once at 10:30 at night and they were in the next morning to fix. Building and apartments are well maintained--I have had very few problems and the neighbors I've talked to have had few problems as well.

Staff: Management is rarely in the office during office hours, but I haven't had a problem reaching them by phone. Staff is polite, courteous and helpful.
