It's alright, unless you like running water.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
This place is pretty much what you'd expect at its price point. The water is an endless frustration, they are CONSTANTLY finding a reason to shut it off for a large chunk of a day. Sometimes they will do it without warning claiming an "emergency". The "management" is also a complete joke.
