Nice place, stingy management

I lived in Knollwood West towers for 6 months in a studio. The apartments are nice in terms of all utilities paid, free underground parking spot and elevators. Apartments are spacious as well but the management is pretty stingy and rude.

More or less they seem to dictate you as to what needs to be done or not. Not even flexible with lease terms. Hot water isn't available in early morning hours from 7-9.
