My wife and I have lived in a 1-bedroom at KTW for over 10 years. For under $700 a month, it's hard to beat. Especially considering you get a garage stall and free electricity. By the way, with the apartment glut in the Twin City area the past few years, there has been no rent increases.

There is a nice park with tennis courts, picnic tables, and playground equipment adjacent to the building. Access to Knollwood Mall & US HWY 169 is also very easy.

The building is solid, as we hardly ever hear our neighbors above or to the sides of us. Maintenance is prompt and courteous, although they seem to have waters leaks quite often.

In addition, you may need to put up with strong cooking scents from all the Indian and/or Pakistani residents here. It can get quite strong in the public hallways. We've learned to deal with it.

We have found the on-site management to be friendly and available.

All-in-all, for what you pay it's a pretty darn good deal. Pay more and you will get more, or course.
