Except the management, everything was good for the 1 year stay I had. All utilities were paid, we had a closed parking for $720(can expect more than this). There was no noise at all from neighbors, all maintenance were done on time. The bad point for this apartment is the management, they are rude. The furnishings are old and u can see it, indian food smell is very prominant in hallways (I like it). There is no gym or swimming pool in the apartment which makes the winter boring. We cannot invite guests for more than a week. No forwarding mails. They won't keep the parcels if u are not at home. With all this also its a good deal to rent an apartment here.
