bathroom ceiling fell in

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived there for 9 months.....second floor. The bathroom ceiling caved in....constant noise outside from the BBQ area.Garage was broken into and bikes stolen. I was very happy to buy my own place
