I have lived at Ramsgate for over four years. I have enjoyed having a place to live were i feel at home and appreciated. They cater to their residents. They have taken the effort to establish meaningful programs and activities for children and adults. My daughter has benefited from their Homework Helper Program and many after school activities lead by the social director Marsha. She is a very caring person and all the kids love her.

The adults can participate in volleyball and tennis leaques and attend the MANY social events that Ramsgate Provides.

The employees are polite and quick to respond to maint. requests. All of my issues have been corrected within 24 hours or so.

The buildings may be older, but they are well maintained. As for bugs, I have yet to come across any in my home, nor have I heard of issues from other residents that I know.

I may be moving out to buy a home, but I will keep referring my friends to Ramsgate.
