Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Building:
1. The building carpets are too old. Perhaps NOT been changed from a long long time.
2. Not secure - Some of the building gates remain opened.
3. Too crowded.
4. Emergency doesn't respond some times.

Appartment:
1. Some are good others are ok, NOT a very good layout though.
2. Too old / dull

Final Words: This should be your last option to move-in
