This needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The flooring creaks like in a haunted buliding. It is going to break any day and we are going to see this on TV.
I am from India and I can't believe in USA they have such apartments. Its like a shanty.
The only advantage being closeness to downtown offices and a Bus stop.
The fitness center is non existent.
Bugs and mould.
The Highland Comunity rental apartments are all like this. The one in Richfield is worse than the one in Hopkins.
Only people who have nothing else but saving money as their criteria can live in this place.
I don't wish this on my worst enemy.
The customer seervice at the apartment office is so so.
Sometimes you get good service. Anything to do with lease and rent gets done promptly.
