This apartment Sucks!!

Currently staying in this apartment.
Old building..Very bad..lot of noise.
they will shut off the water supply without any warning. If you call the office and ask, they will say this is how we do and will continue to do. Except Marsha no body knows how to talk with the residents..no professionalism..Want to get out of here..Looking for some better apartment.
