Ramsgate is the worst Apartment in Hopkins area. Your life will be miserable with bed bugs and roaches. Be prepared to throw all your furniture if you stay in this apartment. You cannot use it in any other apartment (you will be charged heavily if you carry bugs with you). Some of the staff members (like Kelly), think they own the property and don't have any respect for the customers. Floors are very noisy, you can hear the noise if someone walk on the corridor too. It should be banned for living. Never ever go there.

the people that work there have no conscience...at all. They should all be ashamed of themselves. LIE LIE LIE is all they do.

Been there for years and never had a problem. The office staff has been warm and caring. Sounds like you had the issues, the staff lives there as well and cares about the people and property. Shame on you.
