I am quite disturbed to read all the negativity about Ramsgate. For starters the staff is wonderful. Everyone is polite. And they are very helpful. Yes, of course, if you come in with a nasty attitiude toward them, sure they can get nasty back, who wouldn't' They bend over backwards for their residents. There are so many activities, prizes to win, drawings to enter. It seems the residents don't have any respect if you ask me. As far as the bug situation goes: These little bed bugs ARE coming from India! as much as these ------- don't want to believe it! They haven't been seen here in the US since WWII! And with the US having such open arms, letting everyone come as they please, the bed bugs are all over the US, not just at Ramsgate. People really need to get their facts straight before spouting out. The bugs are in 5 star hotels, emergency rooms, on the city buses, in the movie theatres. Ramsgate also has an effective treatment to get rid of the bugs. Can't say that for other places. The residents here really don't know how good they really do have it.
