TERRIBLY NOISY!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
LIVING IN THE BOTTOM UNIT, YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE WALKING, AND WASHING MACHINE UP ON THE (TOP) 3RD FLOOR.

BUILDING HAS NO INSULATION FOR SOUND OR TO KEEP WINTER COLD OUT. YOU MUST HANG A QUILT OVER THE GLASS DOOR TO KEEP THE WIND OUT.

THERE ARE TOO MANY KIDS HERE, ADDING TO THE NOISE LEVEL.

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ENFORCE RULES HERE.
