We have lived here for about a year, and we have been satisfied with the apartment, and overall, the noise is not too bad. The paths behind the apartment are great, and the location feels very private. However, if you are someone who wants to have things in working order, good luck. Management is rude and incredibly unresponsive when it comes to any issue involving action to residents' apartments. If you are considering moving here, be prepared to come up against resistance (and eventually having to call the management group directly) if you have ANY issues.
