Since I moved in I had consistent problems with Southamption. The noise from the apartments is extremely bad due to poor construction. One can hear absolutely everything going on in the apartment above you. Also, I have had serious pest issues from the first day of move-in including mice roaming around and ants swarming our food in the kitchen cupboards. The office does not seem to take these problems seriously until at least the second or third trip to visit them. The automatic rent payment has malfunctioned quite a few times. The apartment has leaked quite a bit with a water stain continuing to spread on the ceiling of my apartment on the first floor.
