1)Noice from the highway is high if you live on the side closer to hwy
2)Security: Poor (4 reported vehicle vandalism & theft in last one year, 2 right inside 'secured' garage
3)Management is a one man, with thifty, frugal maintanance policies
4)Snow removal is not good, hardly ever use salt
5)Utility water & gas policies are questionable, no individual meters for water
6)Contract is a trap
7)There is no service,any courtesy ends once you sign the contract
8)Rip off on security deposit, even if the apt left in decent shape
