This apartment building is an absolute nightmare. The apartments look beautiful but harbor roaches and bed bugs. You have to throw away all of your furniture because you will not be allowed to move into another place for fear of bringing the infestation with you! You are protected by tenant rights which make the management responsible for your damages but you'll have to take them to court. The management team is also an absolute nightmare (minus one friendly staff:) Mika) and the family run business has no emergency maintenance contact. My power went out a couple nights ago and I have to throw all of my food because they didn't fix the issue until the afternoon the following day 9roughly 2 days). Only rent there if you would like to loose everything you've worked hard for and you want bed bugs and cockroaches as the only allowed pets. Did I mention that this has been an ongoing issue for at least the past two years'

Not sure what this person is talking about. I've never had an issue with the staff or building.
