This apartment has many manintance issues and management is not proactive to fix them and very rude. Esp Manager ----- is very rude. Electricity and Water charge come more than expected and rent is also more than average MN rent. Other apartments near this complex offer attractive rents but not this. No extra facilities like play area, garden, swimming pool and community center. Fitness center is there has only tredmill but never work right. I have been staying here past six months and hate this place. Still stick to the same apartment since if i move out i need to sign min 6 months lease but my project looks ending soon. Consider this is my honest advice.
