This apartment has many manintance issues and management is not proactive to fix them and very rude. Esp Manager ----- is very rude. Electricity and Water charge come more than expected and rent is also more than average MN rent. Other apartments near this complex offer attractive rents but not this. No extra facilities like play area, garden, swimming pool and community center. Fitness center is there has only tredmill but never work right. I have been staying here past six months and hate this place. Still stick to the same apartment since if i move out i need to sign min 6 months lease but my project looks ending soon. It's correct review... It has many many manintance issues.. you do not get hot water if you take bath after 7:30 AM. management is very rude. Esp Manager. They charge more water bill and we get more power bill because windows are properly fitted so out side cool air comes into apartment.No facilities like play area, garden, swimming pool . Fitness center is there has only tredmill but never work right. Don't dare to use it. I have never seen such management. I have been in here from last 1 year and now decided to move out.
