My experience living at the Plantation has been fantastic. The family who owns the property has bent over backwards to provide a beautiful, safe living experience. It is not uncommon for them to fix things in my unit without me even asking. I have seen first hand how much stress, time, and money it takes to keep up a property like this. I am grateful for what they've done for me. The location is what keeps me here. It is near everything, yet I don't feel like I'm living in a noisy densely populated area.
No, it's not perfect. I've had issues myself over the years. What I like though is that they've always taken time out to give me a very good explanation for the policies that they have which I initially didn't understand.
I told Karla that I saw this website and we had a good laugh because I beleive these types of forums generally attract the more negative types of people. I promised her I would write something positive in here ---- that was 2 months ago. Sorry it took so long! I thought I would leave my name and phone number. Please feel free to call me if you want.
