DO NOT rent from Town Terrace/ Christopherson Properties. My roomate and I rented the apartment under a "month to month" lease, or so they told us, and figured out that we were LIED to over and over. When we announced (in the beginning of the month) that we wanted to move out at the end of the month, we were told that we had a 9 month lease, and required two months notice with forfiture of one months rent, plus a $75 advertising fee.
Do not expect to own a car and park anywhere near your apartment, they will give you some lie about one space per unit (15 units in each building/10 parking spaces) you do the math.
They will say these are secure buildings; however, our side door hasn't locked since we moved in (even after multiple requests to have it fixed).
I almost forgot about the "laundry site". What a joke. Two washers and dryers that are always full with someone's wet clothes. $1.25 to get your clothes wet, and another $1.25 to let your wet clothes go on a ride in circles, only to come out-you guessed it-wet...
I want to throw-up just writing this.

I also rented from here. All the issues they state are true!
As if the above is not enough, there is a group of about 15 children that the parents do not care to monitor. They make all kinds of noise. They run in herds up and down the stairs, with an occasional pounding on your door as run away laughing. Multiple complaints to the office gets you no where!
Also...hallways have awful smell (of drugs) which does not (you guessed it) even get acknowledged with office complaint.
SHADY! Very shady!

I too live at Town Terrace, and i think that what you are saying is a joke. If you actually read the lease that you signed then you wouldve known that you needed to give a 60 day notice and that there is a 9 month period. Maybe you shouldnt sign things without reading them first....
As for the rest of your complaints, OMG someone else is doing laundry! The same thing that you are trying to do?? If someone leaves their wet clothes in the washer for a long time, take them out and put your clothes in...And its called first come, first serve off street parking. If you dont like it rent a garage or a spot in the underground HEATED parking...
And for the other response, CALL THE POLICE!!!!!! It is not the offices job to police the residents.
