New residents are getting apartments priced at $595, while responsible, long-time tenants keep getting their rent raised. The unsupervised children spilling EVERYWHERE in the complex makes for a dirty, noisy living situation. They spit and pee in the pool, they are rude and loud, yell up to their parents on the top floor from outside, and leave garbage piled up in the trash chute room. In addition to generally unsupervised children, the "adult" tenants make noise at all hours, stomp through the halls and up the stairs, and are generally very ghetto. this place was nice when I moved in, but it has gotten more and more ghetto each year.
The staff took 6 months to fix my sink, 8 months to fix my refrigerator, and over a year to look at fixing my door. And those things were requested when I first moved in.

I'm moving out and wanted to warn everyone to stay away from this place. It's TERRIBLE, and certainly not worth the money.
