Luxury priced roach motel

This was the worst apt i've ever lived in. Moving furniture every few weeks so they could spray for roaches (but never evicted the host family) No hot water on a daily basis, garbage in the common areas every day, tenants breaking the security locks weekly, Train backing and forthing on the tracks right outside, unbelievable amount of noise...
