Worth the rent - I recently renewed my lease for the second year because I think Monument Ridge is a pretty good place to live. Not terrible, but you get what you pay for - All in all it's not an awful place. It took 2 1/2 months to get it repaired and when maintenance did finally get around to it they just walked in with no notice stating that when I called in that was my notice (2 1/2 months ago)!!
