THEFT! Be very careful. Technically this complex is in Inver Grove Heights. But it is right on the edge of West & South St.Paul. Looks like a great area until you drive a block down the road. Multiple cars have been broken into at this complex. Some have been stolen. The apartments just opened and do not have back up generators yet. This complex is not secure! Move elsewhere! Caretakers only work during the week. If there is trash on the floor Friday evening, it will still be there Monday morning. Very unprofessional. These apartments are beautiful but not worth the money. Very cheaply built- windows and doors leak when it rains. Managers are like Jekyll and Hyde. They will give you two different answers and do things behind the other ones back. Parking lot is not safe & apartments do not even come with 1 free garage parking space.
