I am moving with a military officer and he lives far away. I have a few kids. They want me to pay 2 months rent for breaking the lease and they said they may not approve my request to break the lease. I have been there for more than 2 years, so much for service. The guy who was there also talked down to me, as if I was inferior. I don't get these people, but for the rent, I think they should be a lot more respectful. They snake you in with a low security deposit, then hammer you if you try to leave early. You would think after paying these high prices after 1 year, they would grant you a month to month lease.
