I moved here almost a year ago. The building and the grounds are great. There are a few cracks around my window, but nothing that doesn't come from the building starting to settle. There was a game room, it was destroyed by lightening. We were supposed to get a tanning bed. But that hasn't happened. The fitness room is ok...small but it has equipment. The management has changed and the new guy does seem a little stern. I haven't however seen much done about my car and a few others being broken into. The office is closed sometimes when it is posted as open hours, but I wonder if they are doing rounds of the building. I'd like to see a maintanence hotline or emergency number but I don't think they have one. I also have yet to meet hardly any of my neighbors. The place isn't too loud...every now and again music is bumping or something is going on in the parking lot. But I should also tell you that I am in the main building. The other building might be a whole other story. :) Lastly, the basement parking is a bit tight, and I dont think we should have to pay extra.
