We have lived here for almost 2 years, and i have to say that the office staff seems helpful but has no intent of helping at all. We WILL be moving out as soon as our lease is up. The walls and ceilings are very thin, everything i loud in this place. If I am in my bathroom i can hear the people above me loud and clear though the bathroom exhaust vent, and you dont even need to be in the bahroom to hear it. It says drug free but the kids around this place are reckless, oour car has been egged along with our truck and apartment window. During the winter there was a fresh snow fall and we noticed that someone had walked around all the cars in the parking lot, you could follow the footprints. I tell you the list goes on. There is one thing I will give this place is that the maintenance is quick they do a great job, but besidees that this place looks nice and Kathy seems like she wants to help you. Dont be tricked into renting here.

I agree with this the office staff treats people like crap and the manager cathy in very mean and rude to people and to the children also. Their nice when you first move in and after that it all down hill and as far as getting something fixed I had to wait two weeks to get my bathroom fixed. You can get a nice home for what they want to charge you for rent, and none of the utilities are included. They went up on my rent 100.00 each year I was there.
