At first, Lake Cove didn't seem too bad, but the complex went steadily downhill the entire time I was there. At the end I had to listen to drunken arguments in the parking lot.
If you have any respiratory issues, did not move into Lake Cove. Many of the apartments have a mold problem and management just paints over it rather than taking care of the problem.
When I moved in the carpet was not new, but I was charged for a new carpet when I moved out.

When they say 'drunken arguments' they probably mean like 1 or maybe 2. It happens everywhere, you are going to hear some fights occasionally. I never saw or heard any of this myself, but of course maybe my hearing is going at 20 years of age... My apartment didn't have mold, how did they know 'many of the apartments have mold'? How many did you live in pal? If the carpet wasn't new, but you made it dramatically worse, why would you be surprised they want you to buy new stuff? Just deal with the joys of renting-sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do (usually because of your own mistakes).

Maybe at 20 years of age you were so drunk you couldnt hear the other drunken parties above your own. Why dont you just check the police reports for Lake Cove, duh. I talked to six different neighbors about the mold problems and was in their apartments at their invitations and saw the mold for myself. As far as the carpet goes, I talked to six different neighbors that moved out and all of them were charged for a new carpet, sweet little racket Lake Cove. Oh, yes, Mr. Robert Weisberg, Attorney and bill collector for Lake Cove was recently arrested for possession of meth, a syringe, and a submachine gun in his car. He also is about to be or has been indicted for money laundering. Birds of a feather flock together. This was all in the newspapers. Got your facts right, pal. I contacted the Department of Environment Protection and Lake Cove has had several complaints for their "invisible" mold problem. If you have a little problem with this review, pal, take it up with the Star Tribune, The Pioneer Press, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Attorney Generals Office for RICO. It is a matter of my integrity that I dont like to deal with or encourage crooks, ok, pal.
