I've lived here for three years. The problems I asked to be fixed the first day including water leaking out of fixtures, and parts of the bathroom ceiling falling down, and a continually leaky faucet, I am told will be fixed any day now. The many times they have come out they have decided - paint would be the best fix. There are several places in the metro that are just as cheap and much nicer and quieter.
