I knew this wasn't a ritzy place when I moved in, but it far exceded my expectations. I heard rumors about how many problems there were here and how the cops are always there because of the area and violence. I rarely saw cops, let alone many people outside at all. I never had any problems, not with the ac or anything, so I never had to deal with management-sorry can't say anythinig about them. I was a little irritated that you can only have one key for each applicant, but for all I know that's a common policy. Just seems weird if you have a bf or gf that stops by, or kids who get home before you, or whatever. But rules are rules. Besides that I was perfectly happy staying here and felt very safe, despite rumors-which is all they were.
