This is one of the worst places that I have ever lived at. I have had huge problems with noise- people drive in with their bass loud, honk in the middle of the night, and argue loudly in the parking lot. The staff does nothing about complaints. My apartment has mold around the patio door and in the sheetrock on that wall- I was told that there was nothing they could do about it- even though members of my family have asthma and mold allergies. I thought it was a decent place and great price when I moved in and even signed a 18 mo. lease- but now I regret it and can't wait until my lease is up.

Just to let you know, you could get out of your lease because in the state of MN, it is illegal to have someone sign anymore than a 12 month lease. Just an FYI

you could also get out of your lease b'cause of mold. it is against the law to not repair it and it is a lawsuit foor household with health issues. I have been there!
