I have been here for a year and am content. The only thing i hate is the water and lack of water consistency when showering. Just when you think the water is perfect you either get hot water or cold water and have to re-adjust the water again. I have never had any problem with the staff and once when I needed maintenance they were here in less than an hour. I don't have any problems with noise because I am tucked into a corner and don't have that much traffic. I also rent a garage and there has been no leaking. I would recommend Lake Cove because you get a lot of apartment for the money.
