I recommend that anyone looking to rent at Lake Cove Village contact the Inver Grove Heights Police department for an idea of the police activity that takes place there. Lake Cove is where people who can't rent anywhere else can go. The snobby office staff acts like the criminal activity there is no big deal (apparently it's NOT to them). The up side is you get to know the cops because you see them there all the time.
