I certainly do not recommend that anyone move here. The rent may be cheap - but you get what you pay for!! There has been gunshots in the middle of the night twice in the last month..completely riddiculous. My calls to complain to the office have only been met with the response "Peggy is great friends with the chief of police". What crap!! I don't care who she's friends with..they are obviously just working together to cover things up. It's pretty sad that people have to be afraid just to walk out to their cars. I've talked to many neighbors that feel exactly the same. The carpet crunches when you walk on it - can't take a shower without being frozen and burned in the same 15 minutes!! Don't even bother to do your laundry here. The washer is disgusting, and the dryer is a joke!! I'm definitely looking into getting out of my lease - not worth risking my childs life to save a few bucks! Turn and RUN from this place!!!

Call a lawyer and discuss your options. I threatened to involve a lawyer to get out of my lease b/c of the unsafety of the complex and the right to a safe and quiet environment - they tripped all over themselves to "make" my situation better. I left in April b/c of the violence, drugs, damage to property, and general disrespect of the neighbors. I just signed a lease that does criminal background checks and ANY incident, you are denied. The extra $300 a month is worth my safety and SANITY! Good luck to you!!!!
