I lived there for 2 years and the only thing I'm grateful for is that I never had anything stolen or got mugged. I was excited first because of the low rent but it didn't take long to figure out why it was so cheap. I thought maybe Inver Grove had a police station somewhere in the complex because of all the cops passing through. The management staff was for the most part courteous and the maintenance guys were good. We had many encounters with them. Between the air conditioner leaking and not working and having our kitchen cabinets fall off the wall I had many experiences with them. I lived in a building with one of the office ladies (thera). She lived below me and during the week they would be outside on their patio set being loud playing music but we couldn't complain because she was in the office but if our screen door was open and our tv was on we could expect a knock on the door to tell us to be quiet at 8pm on a saturday. She may have been one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. While we were moving out we had the door propped open because we were in and out non-stop and she would keep propping it. That makes it kind of hard to move a couch out when you have to set it down to open the door every time. I'm surprised I passed any drug tests for work because I felt like I got high every time I walked out my door or opened up a window. My roommate and I actually caught a kid breaking into a car. This place doesn't take any action to stop theft, drug usage, or provide any safety to its residents. I would recommend spending more time researching other places to live than live here. I know the price seems right but for the service and quality of life it's not worth it.

Yeah, man. I can picture exactly who you are talking about. Playing Keith Sweat at 200 Db, while her seven kids under nine years old run around unsupervised, chain smoking and bumming cigarettes to the neighborhood teens! And this is a staff member!
