Living at Lake Cove Village was horrible!!! It was my first time ever renting along wit my boyfriend and at first we thought it was a good idea...affordable...blah blah blah little did we know that we were moving to a dump! To reinterate what practically everyone else has already said--->
1. People's vehichles broken into and vandelized on a daily basis with nothing done about it...which is weird b/c there are at least 5 police cars chilling in the parking lot at all times....makes you wonder huh
2. DRUGS ARE EVERYWHERE!!! One of my neighbers was for ever getting smoking weed and it creeped right into my apt
3. the laundry rooms are a JOKE! be prepared to wash and dry your clothes more than once!
4. and as the gentleman stated previously only take a shower if you like being scalded and frozen a few times within a 10 minute span...
5. the heat sucks! it would never adjust right so it was either 90 degrees or 50!
6. the management seemed nice at first but after moving in they were sllooooooooooowwwwww to return phone calls and rude in person
7. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS Loud people in the middle of the night, gun shots, police everywhere, bugs, horrible parking, contact highs, rude management, and stank ass hallways APPEAL TO YOU!
I sincerly hope that this post helps someone who is considering leasing at Lake Cove...please please please go somewhere else!
