I could just cry when I re-live the horror of this place!
First, if you read the other reviews they sum up alot of what I want to say... Run down, wellfare, ghetto, drug/crime infested, bugs, and nasty gross residents!This place is a joke! The office staff seems nice at first but if you bother them with any work order or resident issues GOOD LUCK! They turn into mean and rude people who won't do anything about it! But, if your friends of theirs (or if they like you)or related at all your in luck! They will let you pretend to clean the buildings for hundreds off your rent! Oh, and if you smoke cigs, or weed they would love to have you here around all the little ghetto kids who roam the hallways and trash the place all nite long but wait, where are their parents you ask'' Walking out to the "green and white" cab driver that brings you your liquor and cases of beer!! OH MY GOD!! I am serious! Every few days a cab driver pulls up and these people come out and get their booze out and pay the driver. NICE! Also be prepared to stay up all summer to the loud rednecks and their binge drinkin bon fires all night long then they walk around to the side of the building and Pee! If you are not a legal US citizen thats ok too you can live here scott free with your 12 other relatives! NO PROBLEM! I want anyone to know that if you think of living here DON'T!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!
