Great Place to Live

I have lived at Monument Ridge Estates since August of 2004 and I have never had a problem living here. The office staff have always been more the helpful and any maintenance requests have always been taken care of within 24 hours. The apartments are brand new and are beautiful. The insulation between apartments is excellent as I did not even know that I had neighbors on either side of me and above me for the last 4 months. Also the weatherproofing is excellent as my utility bills have been quite low since I have lived here. Overall I would highly recommend this place to everybody.
